DeBary Food & Fuel is a convenience store and food court (Rooster's Food Court) located at 100 N Charles Richard Beall Blvd, DeBary, FL 32713. Our online ordering platform allows customers to place pickup orders directly with us.
Our website offers online ordering for In-Store Pickup and Curbside Pickup only. We do not offer delivery through this website. By placing an order, you agree to:
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you are charged is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Valor PayTech. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge your card for the total amount of your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an SMS confirmation to the phone number provided. This confirmation does not guarantee availability of all items. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund for that item.
Because our food is made fresh to order, cancellations are only accepted before your order has been prepared. If you need to cancel, please call us immediately at (386) 320-0167.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, food quality concern), please contact us and we will make it right.
No-shows: If you place an order and do not pick it up within 30 minutes of the order-ready notification, we reserve the right to forfeit the order without a refund, as food is made fresh and cannot be held indefinitely.
By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DeBary Food & Fuel related to your order (confirmation, order-ready alerts). Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or text (386) 320-6764, or call the store at (386) 320-0167.
We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. SMS notifications are strictly transactional and tied to your order activity.
We make every effort to ensure menu items, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual item.
